According to the specifications of our customers in the health care sector, in particular from clinics, we jointly determine the personnel requirements for medical specialists over the period specified by the client for filling vacant positions.

Together with our personnel consultants from countries with a well-developed health system and the training requirements tailored to it, we are looking for the right specialists who have completed medical training.

For more than 15 years, PRO SELECT has been working successfully under the direction of Ms. Sabine Faller in personnel management, taking into account social components in the balancing of interests for candidates and employers.

As a rule, we look after our candidates in their home country in connection with all questions about the future for about 6 months and at least another 6 months after starting their work in Germany.

During the entire process up to the issue of professional recognition, we are also very closely linked to our clients (clinics and specialist practices) and perform the entire administration within the framework of recognition, work permits and residence permits in accordance with official requirements.

We have been observing the development of intercultural cooperation in the clinic for many years and have developed and successfully carried out special seminars for intercultural communication.

Our focus doesn't end with recruiting. Rather, we also promote sustainability through onboarding, integration support and mentoring, both for the candidates and the clinics.
